Weekly Practice Exercises to apply the weekly principle in your life
Guidelines for creating a supportive home retreat environment before, during, and after retreat
Opportunities to connect with the retreat community throughout the week
The option to schedule private interviews with Laura to support your retreat process (additional fee applies)
