  • Explore what it means to be true to yourself, and to stay true to yourself

  • Discover how this is the first step to nurturing and honoring your connection with others

  • The power of inspiring and supportive community will uplift you and elevate your perception of what is possible.

  • Whether you have never meditated before or are a seasoned practitioner, this is your chance to elevate your experience of yourself and your connections with others

 

Over 8 Weeks, You Will Receive:

  • 8 Classes Curated Around the Theme of Healthy Boundaries, Meditation & Self-Care.  Classes Consist of A Guided Meditation, Dharma Talk, Q & A and Check-In

  • Weekly Guided Meditations to support that week's theme

  • Weekly Practice Exercises to apply the weekly principle in your life

  • Guidelines for creating a supportive home retreat environment before, during, and after retreat

  • Opportunities to connect with the retreat community throughout the week

  • The option to schedule private interviews with Laura to support your retreat process (additional fee applies)
